Thank you for choosing Voskiverse for your jewelry purchase. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality, authentic items.

Due to the unique and delicate nature of our jewelry, and to protect the integrity of our products for all customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a product being delivered damaged or defective. This policy is in place to prevent the potential for fraud and to ensure that every piece of jewelry we sell is in its original, unworn condition.

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, photos, and sizing information before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

The only exception to our final sale policy is if your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at voskiverse@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Upon receiving your claim, we will assess the issue. If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the same item if available, or a full refund.
