Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “ToS”) carefully before using the [Your Website URL] website (the “Service”) operated by Vrezh Jhangiryan, Sole Proprietor, operating as Voskiverse (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

1. Products

 

Voskiverse is an e-commerce website that offers various jewelry items for sale. We strive to display the colors, designs, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, the appearance may vary depending on your device’s display settings.

 

2. Orders and Payment

 

  • Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather an acknowledgment that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via card (processed securely through Stripe) and cash on delivery (for orders within Armenia). For cash on delivery, you must pay the full amount to the delivery person upon receipt of your order.

  • Payment Failure: If a card payment fails, your order will not be processed.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • Delivery Locations: We currently only ship and deliver orders within the Republic of Armenia.

  • Delivery within Yerevan: Orders within Yerevan will be delivered by us personally. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

  • Delivery to Regions of Armenia: Orders to regions outside of Yerevan will be shipped using Haypost. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. You will be provided with a tracking number, if available, to monitor your package.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting voskiverse@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vrezh Jhangiryan, Sole Proprietor, and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Republic of Armenia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Voskiverse.

 

6. Your Account

 

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

In no event shall Voskiverse, its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Republic of Armenia.

 

9. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
